1. TREASURY OFFICER (FINANCE OFFICER)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company budgets and monitor cash flow operations.
  • Oversee and approve expenditures to ensure alignment with financial plans.
  • Prepare financial reports, including current status and future forecasts.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive financing strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Treasurer, Finance, or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of budget forecasting, planning, and execution.
  • Experienced in managing mobile banking apps and security tokens
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

2. ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoice preparation, payment collection, and account updates.
  • Prepare monthly AR aging and expected revenue reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and PSAK.
  • Record and reconcile all incoming financial revenues.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks within the Accounting Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (Finance/Controlling modules).
  • Understanding of financial statement preparation and reporting standards.
  • Experience in accounting consulting or working in a Public
  • Accounting Firm (KAP) is a plus.

3. HSE INTERNSHIP (PAID)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing documentation for ISO 45001:2018 compliance.
  • Support the execution of Safety Talks, Trainings, Inductions, and Safety Campaigns.
  • Prepare various reports for the HSE Department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks within the HSE Department.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student (Bachelor’s/Diploma) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, or Industrial Engineering with no classes.
  • Familiarity with safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in transportation services is a plus.
  • Willing and available to intern for 6 months at our Head Office.
