Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in ERP Technical
- Proficient in Node JS, SQL server
- Understand basic flow of ERP
2. Accounting Inventory Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), majoring in Finance or Accounting
- Have minimum 1 year of working experience as accounting staff
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have a good communication and administrative skill .
3. Legal’s Team Leader
Job Description
- Assist Legal Manager to deliver legal support to business users and management
- Lead legal members in providing documentation, research, and other services to assist the legal team, also assists in hiring and training legal members
- Draft, review, and finalize various types of agreements and other legal documents reguested by internal user to support all company businesses
- Conduct covenants check in the existing company’s contracts in relation to any changes in company legalities, loans, business Cooperations and transactions
- Supervise finalization and implementation process of all of the documents reguired in compliance to internal policy, GCG, and prevailing laws and regulations
- Provide or supervise legal advisory service to internal user and/or management with regard to company businesses (verbal or in writing)
- Supervise maintenance and update process of permits and licenses database of sub holding and its affiliated entities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (SI) or Master degree (S2), majoring in Law
- Have min. 5-7 years of experience in law staff/officer
- Have at least 3 years of proven experience as in-house legal counsel or lawyer in reputable law firms
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Ability to prioritize demands under tight deadline
- Basic understanding of industrial relation dispute and administrative proceedings and documentation
4. Accounting Team Leader
Job Description
- Monitoring & Evaluating the accounting team’s processes and transactions
- Preparing monthly and annual company financial statements
- Reviewing annual tax payments and reports
- Preparing Annual Corporate Tax
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Accounting
- Have minimum 3 years of experience as Team Leader or Supervisor
- Understanding accounting journals, tax rates and other government regulations
- Have knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK)
- Able to lead a team
5. Accounting Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), majoring in Accounting
- Have minimum 1 year of working experience as accounting staff
- Have good understanding about accounting and tax
- Have a good analytical skill
- Well-organized, flexible, proactive, and give attention to detail

6. Staff – DBBI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1), majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant studies
- Have experience with BI and analytic tools (such as Power BI, IBM Cognos, etc) are preferred
- Have knowledge of databases (Structured Ouery Language / SOL) and software development processes
- Have in-depth understanding of data analysis, data visualization, data storytelling, user experience, and business acumen are preferred
- Have experience with data collection from different sources are preferred
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in business intelligence are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome
7. Purchasing Officer
Job Description
- Collect prices for goods and services needed
- Create PO
- Ensure that both goods and services arrive on schedule
- Receive goods, check the guantity and quality
- Update vendor evaluation
- Update data asset
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
- Have internship experiences or minimun 1 year of working experience as purchasing staff are preferred
