1. MT Administration Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the registration of accounting at Astra Daihatsu branches.
  • Responsible for creating and budgeting business plans for branches.
  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Administration.
  • Maximum of 2 years of working experience or a fresh graduate.
  • Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
  • Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.

2. MT Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the sales target at Astra Daihatsu branches.
  • Responsible for designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
  • Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

  • Responsible for assisting the Workshop Head in achieving unit entry and aftersales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.

5. Workshop Operational Management Analyst

Job Description:

  • Developing target & activity plan for Astra Daihatsu workshop.
  • Analyzing service program strategy at Astra Daihatsu.
  • Developing service promotion campaign on digital platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and other relevant majors.
  • Have a good understanding of automotive and workshop world.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills with various teams.
  • Have good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

6. Service Technical Analyst

Job Description:

  • Handle vehicle technical problems and customer complaints that cannot be resolved by the workshop.
  • Support the warranty claim process, procurement of work tools, and construction of new workshop facilities.
  • Develop and standardize workshop tools according to company needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and other relevant majors.
  • Have a strong understanding of automotive systems and workshop operations.
  • Familiarity with service tools, equipment, and warranty claim procedures will be an added value.
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Part Marketing Support Analyst

Job Description:

  • Analyze and create sales performance reports for parts, accessories, and genuine oil to support business strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing programs to increase sales across the dealer and authorized workshop network.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability and address procurement issues.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of product data in the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree(S1) in Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Parts Product Knowledge and Basic Automotive Concepts.
  • Familiarity with Inventory Systems and Parts Ordering Processes.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Parts Numbering Systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs.
  • Understanding of Marketing Strategies and Supply Chain Management.

8. HRD Analyst

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for new employees at the Head Office, as well as provide support for operational recruitment.
  • Manage sales team performance data and ensure it is forwarded to branch operations.
  • Support organizational development, including structural changes, workforce requests, new employee onboarding, and employee transfer processes.
  • Facilitate the internalization of corporate culture, ensuring that all employees understand and implement company values in their daily work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews, with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, particularly in handling employee data and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, to manage and analyze recruitment and organizational development data.
