PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sepatu yang didirikan pada tahun 2020 berlokasi di Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan merupakan perusahaan relokasi dari Tangerang provinsi Banten. Relokasi ini dilakukan untuk pengembangan perusahaan dan untuk bisa memaksimalkan produksi yang dihasilkan serta bisa menyerap tenaga kerja lebih banyak lagi.
PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur sepatu dan memproduksi sepatu dengan brand Adidas. Melalui proses inovatif dan keberlanjutan, kami ingin terus menghasilkan produk yang dapat disukai oleh banyak konsumen. Dengan proses yang sesuai prosedur standar, kami memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas tinggi, karena produksi yang dihasilkan PT Tah Sung Hung akan didistribusikan ke seluruh dunia.
Pabrik ini telah membangun operasi terpusat dan sistem manajemen digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja yang tinggi dengan mekanisme produksi yang fleksibel.

1. Rubber – Planning
- D3/S1 All Major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent in computer skills ( MS. Office & Outlook)
- Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and presentation
- Good Analytical thinking & Communication
- Willing to work in Production field
2. GA – Purchasing
- D3/S1 All Major
- 3- 5 year experience as purchase in shoe manufacturing
- Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in data analysis and report preparation
- Excellenced in computer skills ( MS Office & MS Outlook)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
3. GA – Schedule Airport
Qualifications:
- D3/S1 All Major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in flight schedule coordination or transport management
- Excellent in computer skills ( MS Office & MS Outlook)
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Proficiency in Mandarin (listening and speaking) is a plus
- Able to work individually as well as team
- Attention to detail and good time management
4. ME
Qualifications:
- S1 Industrial Engineering
- Proficient in Computer Operations (MS. Office & Outlook)
- Strong English language skills
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Understanding of production processes, 6S, and layout
- 2D & 3D modeling skills.
5. IT
Qualifications:
- D3/S1 Information Management/IT related.
- Experienced in the same field minimum 1 year.
- Strong basic programming skills: C#,JS,Angular,MSSQL,etc.
- Excellent in Computer skills (MS. Office & Outlook)
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Able to work individually a well as team.
- Good communication skill.
6. DEV – Commercialization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major
Minimum 2 years of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) - Basic knowledge of shoe factory operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate using English (Written / Verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
7. DEV – SOP
Qualifications:
- D3/S1 All Major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent in computer skills ( MS. Office & Outlook)
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
8. DEV – MA
Qualifications:
- D3/S1 All Major
Minimum 1 year of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry - Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent in computer skills ( MS. Office & Outlook)
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
9. Digital Creation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor graduate. High School Vocation School are welcomed
- Experienced in 3D modeling and rendering, specifically for footwear, fashion or product design oficient in Blender
- Familiar with adobe photoshop or illustrator
- Knowledge on materials, texture and lighting render setup
- Able to read and write in English
- Willing to collaborate with team
10. Artwork Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor graduate. High School / Vocation School are welcomed
- Proficient in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
- Able to read and write in English-
- Understanding basic production or manufacturing process is a plus
- Strong sense of layouting, precision and attention todetails
- Able to follow instructions and collaborate with team
11. Clinic Team
Qualification:
- Have experience in hospital IGD for at least 1 year
- Have an active STR
- Have HIPERKES certificate
- Have good teamwork skills
- Familiar with using Ms Office
- Fluent in English both written or speaking
- Willing to work in shifts
