Didirikan pada 13 Oktober 1972, UT melaksanakan penawaran umum saham perdana di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya pada 19 September 1989 menggunakan nama PT. United Tractors Tbk. (UNTR), dengan PT. Astra International Tbk. sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas. Penawaran umum saham perdana ini menandai komitmen United Tractors untuk menjadi perusahaan kelas dunia berbasis solusi di bidang alat berat, pertambangan dan energi guna memberi manfaat bagi para pemangku kepentingan.

1. Management Trainee Administration Department Head

Job Description

  • Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and other stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day operation of the finance administration.
  • Building relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and the community.
  • Monitoring accounting and management processes.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
  • Have a strong knowledge about budget planning, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.

2. Management Trainee Service Department Head

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
  • Plan and coordinate service activities, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services.
  • Evaluate department performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in service management.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Knowledge of technical machinery, maintenance, and service management/activities.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with stakeholders simultaneously.

3. Credit Analyst & Collection

Job Description

  • Conduct credit analysis and risk management by evaluating customer creditworthiness and credit limits.
  • Evaluate customer financial performance and provide credit scoring recommendations.
  • Manage and monitor account receivables and cash inflows to maintain report and accounts.
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all incoming payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Analyze collection and receivable process.
  • Develop and deliver financial reports and collection performance reports.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in accounting, credit analyst, or credit control.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.
  • Ability to use accounting tools, Microsoft Office, and compliance tools.
  • High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.

4. Accounting Associate

Job Description

  • Analyze financial data to develop detailed reports for informed decision-making and accurate financial planning.
  • Assist with daily accounting task including cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Monitor financial activities such as filing, recording, compiling, and transmitting financial records to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.
  • Review and verify financial information related to assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, or expenditures.
  • Stay updated with relevant government regulation and implement best practices in financial operations

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.

5. Treasury Associate

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow planning and payments activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) Payment and discounting processes.
  • Manage bank guarantees (BG), bank facilities, and supplier financing.
  • Conduct treasury reporting activities, including foreign exchange (forex), umbrella facilities, vendor financing, and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform payment processing and related documentation.
  • Manage operational fund disbursement activities.
  • Monitor and analyze cashier activities and administration.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Strong knowledge of economic, accounting practices, banking, and financial analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.
  • Familiarity with internet/mobile banking and SAP is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

6. Instructor Operator

Job Description

  • Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors.
  • Observe the operation of heavy equipment.
  • Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes.
  • Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery.2
  • Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree of all degrees.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training.
  • Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck.

7. Business Consultant

Job Description

  • Promote United Tractors products especially heavy equipment.
  • Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
  • Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.
  • Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
  • Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of sales consultant, sales engineer, business development.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  • Capable of speaking Mandarin and having HSK certification will be considered a plus point.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
